On the second day of the Metro Manila Film Festival, I finally got to watch Regal Entertainment’s “My Future You”, a 2024 Filipino romantic drama directed by Crisanto B. Aquino. The film stars Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin in captivating lead roles.
The film follows the story of Karen and Lex, two strangers who connect through a dating app, only to uncover a startling truth—they are living 15 years apart, linked by a mysterious comet. As they navigate the enigma of their extraordinary connection, they join forces to rewrite the past and reshape their destinies.
The film has garnered praise for its unique storyline and the compelling chemistry between the lead actors. I personally love how they make us smile and feel giddy without even realizing it. Even Ms. Aiai Delas Alas was impressed by the movie.
A super feel-good movie that’s perfect to watch with family and loved ones.
